For reinforcement at the university location Cologne we are looking for immediately:

Employee in prospect and applicant management (m/f/d)

These tasks await you

You advise prospective students and applicants on all content-related and formal questions regarding the study program and the application process (in person on site and/or digitally).
You independently plan internal and external sales activities (e.g. information events, school visits, taster days or Open Campus Days) and carry them out.
You will process applications, conduct intake interviews, and share responsibility for contract management.
You contribute with creative and fresh ideas to optimize sales activities.

What you bring with you

You have a university degree.
You enjoy interacting with people and are characterized by an open and extroverted personality.
You are a true communicator and are passionate about sales activities.
You are fit in the common MS Office applications and have a high affinity to digital media and online communities.
You enjoy working as part of a team, value social interaction, and contribute creative input and ideas for the advancement of the university.
