At INU, you can study business administration online full-time or part-time and begin your studies in international business administration without NC and without waiting semesters.

Study contents

At the beginning, the “Introductory Project to Self-Organized Learning” comprehensively prepares you for studying. You will gain insights into how to organize your studies in the best possible way and become familiar with the use of important IT systems and digital communication tools.

The course itself provides you with business and economic know-how, knowledge of the mathematics and statistics necessary for business administration, and valuable basic knowledge of civil law, labor law, and commercial and corporate law.

Business management practice includes exciting topics such as digital marketing, international human resource management, financial management, strategic management, or communication psychology.

In a practical project you get the opportunity to apply your acquired knowledge. Here you will also gain (initial) professional experience and come into contact with the INU cooperation and expert network and scientific research topics.

By choosing two concentrations, you determine the subject areas in which you would like to develop a special expertise and qualify for professional employment and advancement opportunities. One of the concentrations may be chosen from another degree program that may be combined.

Last but not least, you will complete your Bachelor’s thesis in the last semester, which will conclude your studies.

The responsibility for a company’s sustainability management is a broad field. On the one hand, there are internal and external standards that you ensure compliance with; on the other hand, you may still need to train employees to raise awareness of this important issue.

You examine manufacturing processes, packaging, the raw materials used and much more for their potential forCO2 savings, climate neutrality and greater sustainability, formulate a corporate strategy and manage the necessary measures until the goals you have set are achieved.
